A seminar on “Guardians’ Role on the Development of Mental Health of the Children” was arranged at Helmut Kutin auditorium of the college on 21 September 2023, at 11: 30 a.m. Respected guardians from class VI to XI were invited to participate in the seminar. The whole seminar was conducted by psychiatrist Dr. Sifat E Syed , Assistant Professor Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib University, Dhaka. The seminar basically focused on positive parenting and the role of the parents as well as the family on the mental health development of the children. After the session of Dr. Sifat E Syed , there was an open discussion where the guardians took part eagerly sharing their experiences and problems. The Principal concluded the program giving thanks to both Dr. Sifat e Syed and the guardians.
