A seminar on Mental Health Awareness was held in SOS Hermann Gmeiner College Dhaka on 28 January 2023 in Helmut Kutin auditorium of the college. The seminar was conducted by Nasima Akter, Child Psychologist and Psychosocial Counsellor. The students of class V, VI and also the teachers of the college were present there. The programme started at 10:00 a.m. In the session, there was the discussion on mental health, adolescent period, mental condition in the time of lock down etc. There was a questioning-answering session when the students shared their ideas and queries about mental health. In the seminar they learnt the necessity to be aware of mental health. The whole programme ended at 11:00 a.m.
